Swap Card for August 2007

This card was made over 4 years ago when I first started Parchment Craft. It is from Japanese Parchment Craft Book, a compilation of work from various Japanese Pergamano Teachers. My swap partner for August was Heather Bradley, from England. I enjoyed making this card, there is a difference - use of embossing powder on parchment!

Another Design Using the Fold Back Swirls Template

Here's a tag I made using the Fold Back Swirls Template and the Swirly Doodles Template. The design I've used from the Swirly Doodles Template is reduced 50% to fit onto the Tag. I thought the black mini brad actually gives the flower a lift, pretty much like a poinsettia. I'm showcasing this at the PWE 2007 in September.

Parchment Designs using Fold Back Swirls Template

Here's my design using Fold Back Swirls Template by Hot off the Press. I did my first design and showed that to Paulette Jarvey when I was at CHA Summer Show in Chicago. Paulette liked my design, and I gave my original piece to her. This is what I created when I came back from Chicago. I'm really pleased that The Paulette Jarvey and Sara Naumann likes my work!! So much so that Paulette is sending this picture to the Designer of the Template!! I'm showcasing as well as demonstrating the making of these flowers at PWE 2007 in September.

Second Swap Card

This is the second card I made for Lucia. I found out after I made the first card that the cards for swaps are normal size cards. The first card was a small card, so i made a second "normal size" card. I enjoyed making this Card, I've applied the layering technique. This is a Dorothy Holness pattern.

This card was made to swap with Lucia of Parchment Friends Group. They are a group of lovely and caring people. My first swap card that I made before the deadline of 20th July as I'm heading of to US for CHA. I've used Perga Liners coupled with Advanced Embossing Technique.
